About Marching Forward
We believe no one should face addiction alone. Here's our story.
Our Mission
Marching Forward is dedicated to raising awareness about opioid addiction and overdose through various events and educational activities. We provide help, direction, and education to individuals and families affected by addiction.
Our Vision
A community where every individual affected by addiction has access to the resources, support, and hope they need to heal and thrive. Recovery is possible—and we're here to prove it.
Our Values
- Compassion — We lead with love, not judgment
- Community — We're stronger together
- Action — We don't just talk, we help
- Education — Knowledge saves lives
Our Story
Marching Forward was born from a simple belief: no one should have to face addiction alone. When Pastor Estell Keshock saw the devastating impact of the opioid crisis on families right here in Pasco County, she knew something had to be done.
What started as community prayer meetings and informal support gatherings has grown into a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving hundreds of individuals and families each year. But our approach hasn't changed—we still meet people where they are, without judgment.
Today, Marching Forward provides free Narcan training, homeless outreach, job skills workshops, counseling referrals, and most importantly—hope. Because recovery isn't just possible, it's happening every day in our community.
"We don't just hand people a pamphlet and send them on their way. We find out what they need, we walk with them, and we don't give up until every avenue has been explored."
— Pastor Estell Keshock, Founder
